Reports flow up. Every specialist reports to Jarvis. None message Blake directly — their charters say so, in writing.
Work is checked, every time. Jarvis reviews each deliverable on completion: evidence, accuracy, lane discipline. Unreviewed work doesn't count as done.
Traffic is logged. Every cross-agent dispatch and result lands in the commlog below. Source of truth: fleet/COMMLOG.md in the main workspace.
Kaizen, weekly. Wednesdays 14:00 each agent files three evidence-backed self-improvements; Jarvis reviews and digests them to Blake at 15:30.
